Office of Diversity and Inclusion
Ensuring that the City of St. Louis is a model of diversity and inclusion, that it reflects the many faces, cultures and walks of life, that make up our City.
Guiding Principles
The City of St. Louis is comprised of 79 neighborhoods, each with its own identity, distinctive characteristics and cultural heritage. As our neighborhoods continue to grow and evolve, Mayor Slay has established the Office of Diversity and Inclusion to reinforce his commitment to ensuring that the services provided and supported by our local government represent a strong and vibrant model of diversity and inclusion for ALL residents of St. Louis City.
