Overview
The district will serve solely as a conduit to provide tax-exempt financing to develop locations for non-profit arts and cultural, philanthropic, charitable, and governmental institutions and organizations within the District, and in particular will issue leasehold revenue bonds or similar obligations on behalf of the St. Louis Regional Cultural and Performing Arts Development Commission (“RAC”) to provide financing for new Headquarters-Office Facilities located on a parcel known and numbered as 6128 Delmar Boulevard in the City of St. Louis (the “Facilities”).
