Overview

A community improvement district, to be known as the "Riverside Community Improvement District" (hereinafter referred to as the "District"), is hereby established pursuant to the CID Act on certain real property described below to provide services, construct improvements, impose assessments and taxes and carry out other functions as set forth in the Petition.
The District boundaries are set forth in the Petition are legally described as follows:
A tract of land for a proposed Community Improvement District consisting of City Blocks 17, 18, 23, 24 and 70 and the adjacent and included rights-of-way in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.

Member Requirements

Appointments require Board of Aldermen approval.

The Petition provides that the District shall be governed by a Board of Directors consisting of five individual directors (collectively the "Directors" and each a "Director"). The initial Directors are legally authorized representatives of owners of property within the District as set forth in the Petition attached hereto as Appendix A. All subsequent Directors shall be elected according to the specifications in the Bylaws.
