Overview

This District has the power to "use any one or more of the assessments or other funding methods specifically authorized by the Act" (Ordinance 65787, Section Two).
Location: "A tract of land lying in City Block 3884 of the City of St. Louis, Missouri and being all of Lots 17 and 19 of Dameron's Subdivision, filed for record in Plat Book 19, Page 124 in the land Records of said City of St. Louis" (Ordinance 65787, Section One).
The "proposed length of time for the existence of the District is for a maximum of 25 years" (Petition to Establish, page two).
