Ordinance 66635.

Board Duties and Purpose

Ordinance 66635, approving the CID petition, provided that the District shall work toward the elimination of blight factors within the District, including the demolition of existing structures on the property, environmental remediation, construction of a new hotel with surface parking and related transportation improvements within the adjacent right-of-way and security and maintenance for the Project.

Member Requirements

Appointments require Board of Aldermen approval.

4 year terms (staggered, with three expiring 2 years apart from the other 2), appointed by the Mayor with consent of Board of Aldermen
