Ballpark Village Community Improvement District
Details about the Ballpark Village Community Improvement District
Overview
The CID is made up of the two-block-wide area directly north of Busch Stadium, bounded by Clark on the south, Walnut on the north, Broadway on the east, and 8th Street on the west. The original CID (Ordinance 67411) did not include what was a small triangular area west of Stadium Plaza and east of 8th Street. The amended CID (Ordinance 68291) added that triangular area, making the CID a full rectangle.
