Summary
This Board Bill is recommended by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment appropriating Ten Million Six Hundred Thousand Dollars ($10,600,000) in funds received under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, Pub. L. No 117-2, to fund programs administered by the Regional Arts Commission. The Executive Director of the Community Development Administration is authorized to enter into a subrecipient agreement with the Regional Arts Commission for these purposes. This Board Bill contains severability and emergency clauses.
