Summary
This Board Bill seeks to approve a Chapter 99 Redevelopment Plan and Blighting Study for the 2616 Cherokee St. Redevelopment Area. The project consists of the renovation of an existing mixed-use building in the Gravois Park neighborhood. The prospective redeveloper plans on renovating the building creating 6 apartments and 3 commercials units for the approximate cost of $865,000.
