BOARD BILL NO. 76 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN PHYLLIS YOUNG An Ordinance recommended and approved by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment authorizing and directing the Director of Airports and the Comptroller of the City of St. Louis (the "City") to enter into and execute on behalf of the City the Space Permit (Shirt Room) AL-018 with a term ending January 31, 2013 (the "Permit") at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport® (the "Airport") between the City and Paradies-Concession II-Arch, Inc. (the "Permittee"), granting to the Permittee, subject to the terms, covenants, and conditions of the Permit, certain rights and privileges in connection with the occupancy and use of the "Space", which is defined and more fully described in Section 1 of the Permit that was approved by the City's Airport Commission and the City's Board of Estimate and Apportionment, and is attached hereto as ATTACHMENT "1" and is incorporated herein; containing a severability clause; and an emergency clause.
