BOARD BILL NO. 451 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN DONNA BARINGER An Ordinance recommended by the Planning Commission on January 9, 2008, to change the zoning of property as indicated on the District Map, from "A" Single-Family Dwelling District to the "F" Neighborhood Commercial District, in City Block 5940 (6711 Plainview), so as to include the described tract of land in City Block 5940; and containing an emergency clause.
