BOARD BILL NO. 53 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN ALFRED WESSELS, JR. AND ALDERMAN STEPHEN CONWAY An ordinance pertaining to parks and the creation of a special fund to be known as the Metropolitan Park and Recreation District Capital Improvements Sales Tax Trust Fund for the purpose of funding certain park capital improvements and recreational purposes throughout the city; amending Section 9 of Ordinance 64994, and enacting in lieu thereof a new section pertaining to the same subject matter pertaining to providing for the creation of a special fund to be known as the Metropolitan Park and Recreation District Capital Improvements Sales Tax Trust Fund for the purpose of funding certain park capital improvements and recreational purposes throughout the city and the affirmative vote of a majority of all members of the Board of Aldermen; and containing a severability clause.
