BOARD BILL NO. 54 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN ALFRED WESSELS, JR. AND ALDERMAN STEPHEN CONWAY An ordinance pertaining to parks and the creation of a special fund to be known as the Neighborhood Park Fund for the purpose of funding certain park capital improvements and recreational purposes throughout the city; amending Section 8 of Ordinance 67747, and enacting in lieu thereof a new section pertaining to the same subject matter pertaining to providing for the creation of a special fund to be known as the Neighborhood Park Fund for the purpose of funding certain park capital improvements and recreational purposes throughout the city and the affirmative vote of a majority of all members of the Board of Aldermen; and containing a severability clause.
