BOARD BILL NO. 55 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN ALFRED WESSELS, JR. AND ALDERMAN STEPHEN CONWAY An ordinance pertaining to public safety and the annual allocation of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) for crime prevention programs; amending Section One (1) (v) of Ordinance 67794, and enacting in lieu thereof a new section pertaining to the same subject matter pertaining to providing for the annual allocation of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) for crime prevention programs and the affirmative vote of a majority of all members of the Board of Aldermen; and containing a severability clause.
