Summary
BOARD BILL NO. 235 INTRODUCED BY: ALDERMAN JOSEPH RODDY An ordinance recommended by the Board of Public Service to conditionally vacate above surface, surface and sub-surface rights for vehicle, equestrian and pedestrian travel in the remaining portion of Parkview beginning at Taylor and extending westwardly ? 209.5' ± 6.0' to a point previously vacated by Ordinance 65475 in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, as hereinafter described, in accordance with Charter authority, and in conformity with Section l4 of Article XXI of the Charter and imposing certain conditions on such vacation.
