BOARD BILL #121 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN OGILVIE, ALDERWOMAN KREWSON An Ordinance Approving The Petition Of An Owner Of Certain Real Property To Establish A Community Improvement District, Establishing The Cheshire Annex Community Improvement District, Finding A Public Purpose For The Establishment Of The Cheshire Annex Community Improvement District, Authorizing the Execution of a Transportation Project Agreement Between The City And The Cheshire Transportation Development District, Prescribing The Form And Details Of Said Agreement, Making Certain Findings With Respect Thereto, Authorizing Other Related Actions In Connection With The TDD Project, Authorizing The Execution Of A Cooperation Agreement And Authorizing Reimbursement In Accordance Therewith, And Containing An Emergency Clause And A Severability Clause.
