BOARD BILL NO. 191 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN STEPHEN CONWAY An Ordinance recommended and approved by the Airport Commission and the Board of Estimate and Apportionment authorizing and directing the Mayor and the Comptroller of The City of St. Louis (the "City") to enter into and execute on behalf of the City the "Supplemental Agreement to Airport Aid Agreement for Air Service Promotion" (the "Supplemental Agreement") to the Airport Aid Agreement for Air Service Promotion between the City and the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission, dated February 18, 2010 (Comptroller No. 60542), which was authorized by City Ordinance No. 68559, approved January 29, 2010 (the "Grant Agreement"); the Supplemental Agreement, which is attached hereto as ATTACHMENT 1 and incorporated herein, extends the project schedule to November 30, 2013 to allow completion of the work and its terms are more fully described in Section One of this Ordinance; containing a severability clause and an emergency clause.
