BOARD BILL NO. 61 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN JOE VACCARO An ordinance submitting to the qualified voters of the City of St. Louis a proposed amendment to the Revised Code of the City of St. Louis by repealing existing Sections 8.02.120 of the Revised Code of the City of St. Louis and enacting a new Section 8.02.120 of the Revised Code of the City of St. Louis relating to Penalty for delinquent filing; providing for an election to be held therefore and the manner of voting thereat; and containing an emergency clause.
