BOARD BILL NO. 63 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN JOE VACCARO, PRESIDENT LEWIS REED An ordinance submitting to the qualified voters of the City of St. Louis a proposed amendment to the Revised Code of the City of St. Louis by repealing existing Section 8.06.080 of the Revised Code of the City of St. Louis and enacting a new Section 8.06.080 of the Revised Code of the City of St. Louis relating to Fees, Payment and Delay; providing for an election to be held therefore and the manner of voting thereat; and containing an emergency clause.
