The Second Amendment and Restatement extends the term of the agreement by five (5) years to expire on December 31, 2028, and grants to the Concessionaire the non-exclusive right and privilege to operate and manage a food and beverage concession at the Airport. The Board Bill contains a severability clause, and an emergency clause. .
