Honorary Street Name - Pastor Nelson Watts, Sr. and Rosetta Watts Lane

An ordinance recommended by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment, making a supplemental appropriation to the Annual Budget Ordinance 70963 for Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2019 and ending June 30, 2020 amounting to the sum of Eight Million Dollars ($8,000,000) for the purpose of providing funding for the violence prevention alternative program, “Cure Violence,” and containing an Emergency Clause.

An ordinance repealing ordinance 70858 pertaining to the establishment of a two-way stop site at the intersection of Warne Avenue and Lexington, and establishing a three-way stop site at the intersection of Warne Avenue and Lexington Avenue regulating all traffic travelling northbound and southbound on Warne Avenue at Lexington Avenue and regulating all traffic travelling westbound on Lexington Avenue at Warne Avenue, and containing an emergency clause.

An ordinance repealing Ordinance 70087 and in lieu thereof enacting a new ordinance prohibiting the issuance of any package or drink liquor licenses for any currently non-licensed premises within the boundaries of the Fourth Ward Liquor Control District, as established herein, for a period of three years from the effective date hereof; containing exceptions and allowing, during the moratorium period, for the transfer of existing licenses, under certain circumstances, and the issuance of a drink license to persons operating a restaurant at a previously non-licensed premises and containing an emergency clause.
