An Ordinance ratifying and adopting the actions of the Mayor and the Comptroller of the City of St. Louis in accepting and executing Amendment No. 1 dated July 21, 1993, to Federal Aviation Administration Grant Agreement for Project Number 3-29-0085-24, Contract Number DTFA09-92-A-40023, dated June 10, 1992; amending the scope of work authorized by said Agreement, which Agreement and Amendment are filed of record in the Office of the City Register; and containing an emergency clause;
