An ordinance repealing Ordinance 59823 approved March 13, 1986 (currently codified as Sections 4.16.515(A) (1), (A) (2), (B) and (C) of the Revised Code of the City of St. Louis, 1980, Annotated) relating to the prohibition against investing the monies or funds of the Employees' Retirement system of the City of St. Louis in institutions or their affiliates doing business in South Africa under stated conditions and containing an emergency clause.
