Summary

An ordinance permanently blocking Kingsbury Square East between Kingsbury Place and McPherson Avenue by erecting barricades at the alley running parallel between the two designated streets, said barricade to run from a line as follows: from the corner of the northwest quadrant diagonally southeast across said alley in an oblique manner connecting with the southeast quadrant of said intersection at said alley's intersection with Kingsbury Square East and containing an emergency clause.
