Summary

An ordinance relating to City contracts for services subject to city earnings tax; providing that no contract for services subject to city earnings tax shall be executed on behalf of the City of St. Louis unless there are attached thereto certifications from the Collector of Revenue dated not more than 10 working days, that the contractor is current on all payments of and returns for the City earnings tax and payroll expense
