Summary

An ordinance authorizing and directing the Board of Public Service of the City of St. Louis to let contracts and provide for design, construction, material, equipment, employ labor and consultants, pay salaries, fees, and wages, acquire real property interests, enter into supplemental agreements with the Missouri Highway and Transportation Department, Federal Highway Administration, Railroads, Utilities, Bi-State Development Agency and other Governmental Agencies, and otherwise provide for the design, and construction for the following projects: Reconstruction of the Forest Park Parkway – Kingshighway to DeBaliviere; Pedestrian Enhancement under I-70 – Biddle to Washington Ave.; River Des Peres Drive Bridge Reconstruction over McKenzie Creek; Riverview Blvd. and bridge Reconstruction at Maline Creek; South Grand Blvd. (Grand Visions) Pedestrian Enhancement and Median; Reconstruction – I-44 to Arsenal St.; Washington Ave. Pedestrian Linkage and Reconstruction, 3rd St. to 18th St.; Wellington Ave.; Bridge Reconstruction over Rivers Des Peres; Bicycle /Pedestrian Coordinator; Delmar Community Pathway Construction – Delmar to Rosedale; Near Southside Street Reconstruction (Lafayette, 14th St., Park Ave.); Locust Business District Downtown Bikeway System; CMAQ Traffic Signal Improvements – Chippewa, Hampton, Forest Park Ave.,; Union and Jefferson
