An Ordinance recommended and approved by the Airport Commission, the Board of Public Service, and the Board of Estimate and Apportionment, authorizing and directing the Mayor and the Comptroller of the City of St. Louis (the "City") to enter into, execute, acknowledge, deliver, and record on behalf of the City a First Amendment to the “Easement Agreement” between the City and The Bi-State Development Agency of the Missouri-Illinois Metropolitan District, dated July 8, 1994 (Comptroller Document No. 19184) that was authorized under City Ordinance No. 63169 approved July 3, 1994
