An ordinance authorizing and directing the Director of Streets to temporarily close, barricade or otherwise impede the flow of traffic on Raymond Avenue by blocking said traffic flow at the east curb line of Union Boulevard and containing an emergency clause. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS AS FOLLOWS
