BOARD BILL # 307 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN MATT VILLA An Ordinance relating to the I-55/Loughborough Redevelopment Project authorizing and directing the Mayor and Comptroller to execute a Financing Agreement by and among The Industrial Development Authority of the City of St. Louis and the City of St. Louis and the Loughborough Commons Community Improvement District to provide for the issuance of Revenue Bonds to Refund the Taxable Tax Increment Revenue Notes (Loughborough Commons Redevelopment Project) Series 2006 and Community Improvement District Sales Tax Revenue Note, Series 2007 and Assigning certain TIF Revenues and CID Revenues for the benefit of said Revenue Bonds and such other related matters; and containing a Severability Clause and an Emergency Clause.
