BOARD BILL # 324 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN PHYLLIS YOUNG An Ordinance recommended and approved by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment authorizing and directing the Director of Airports and the Comptroller of the City of St. Louis (the "City") to enter into and execute on behalf of the City the Lambert-St. Louis International Airport® (the “Airport”) Use and Lease Agreement AL-477 (the “Agreement”) between the City and Great Lakes Aviation, LTD., whose term expires June 30, 2011; the Agreement, which was recommended and approved by the Airport Commission, is attached hereto as ATTACHMENT "1" and is made a part hereof; containing a severability clause; and an emergency clause.
