BOARD BILL NO. 377 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN PHYLLIS YOUNG An Ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor and the Comptroller of the City of Saint Louis to execute, upon receipt of and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), and other good and valuable consideration, a permanent, irrevocable Easement, which shall give, grant, extend and confer on the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, its agents, successors, and assigns, the exclusive right to build and maintain a sewer or sewers, including stormwater improvements on the strip or strips of ground described, and in City Block 190, and containing an emergency clause.
