BOYD An ordinance pertaining to the non-emergency removal of vehicles and the removal of vehicles parked in the direction of travel; amending Section 3 (B) of Ordinance 60935, codified in Section 17.56.020 (B) of the Revised Code of the City of St. Louis, and enacting in lieu thereof a new section pertaining to the same subject matter pertaining to the non-emergency removal of vehicles parked in the direction of travel; severability clause and emergency clause.
