Summary
BOARD BILL NO. 52 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN TERRY KENNEDY An Ordinance recommended and approved by the Airport Commission, Board of Public Service, and the Board of Estimate and Apportionment authorizing a Fourth Amendment to Section Six of the Airfield Projects Public Works Ordinance 65162 approved February 15, 2001, as amended by Ordinance 65626 approved August 5, 2002, Ordinance 66611 approved February 16, 2005, and Ordinance 67114 approved June 5, 2006, which authorized a multi-year public work and improvement program (the “Airfield Projects”) at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport®, authorizing the Director of Airports to make such applications and provide such data and to take whatever action necessary to seek funds under the Airport Improvement Program, the Passenger Facility Charge Program or other federal, state or local programs for Airfield Projects therein authorized where such costs or expenditures are deemed eligible and monies made available for those costs under federal, state, or local law or contract and to authorize the deposit of such funds into Ordinance 65162 as amended to reimburse the costs in part of the Airfield Projects or the payment of costs authorized therein; containing a severability clause; and containing an emergency clause.
