BOARD BILL NO. 140 INTRODUCED BY: PRESIDENT LEWIS REED An Ordinance relating to a Memorandum of Agreement for services provided for the Information Technology Agency for the City, recommended by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment, authorizing and directing the Mayor and the Comptroller of the City of St. Louis to enter into and execute a Memorandum of Agreement between the City and The Bi-State Development Agency of the Missouri-Illinois Metropolitan District d/b/a “Metro,” hereto attached and substantially in the same form as Exhibit A, which provides for the City to use Metro’s information technology services as set forth in Exhibit A; containing a severability and emergency clause.
