BOARD BILL NO. 323 INTRODUCED BY: PRESIDENT LEWIS REED AND ALDERMAN ANTONIO FRENCH, ALDERMAN SHANE COHN An Ordinance that pertains to the adoption of all Police Manual Polices and Special Orders, as well as the adoption of current Police Department employment qualifications, grievance processes, compensation and residency exemptions if legislation is passed by the State of Missouri which enables the City of St. Louis to maintain its own police force.
