BOARD BILL #12 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN GREGORY CARTER An Ordinance authorizing and directing the Fire Chief, on behalf of the City of St. Louis, to enter into and execute a Grant Agreement with the Federal Emergency Management Agency, to fund a Staffing for Adequate Fire and Emergency Response project, upon approval of the Board of Estimate and Apportionment, and to expend funds by entering into contracts or otherwise for grant purposes and containing an emergency clause.
