BOARD BILL NO. 45 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN PHYLLIS YOUNG An ordinance pertaining to street performers; repealing Section Four of Ordinance 64105, which is codified as Section 20.55.030 of the Revised Code of the City of St. Louis, and establishing conditions by which street performers are issued permits, and containing an emergency clause.
