BOARD BILL NO. 91 INTRODUCED BY PRESIDENT LEWIS REED AND ALDERMAN TERRY KENNEDY An ordinance, recommended by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment, authorizing a supplemental appropriation; amending Ordinance 69154, commonly referred to as the City of St. Louis Annual Operating Plan for Fiscal Year 2012 2013; appropriating and setting apart projected excess general fund revenues to address certain expenditures in the General Fund for the current fiscal year, in the amount of Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) as hereinafter detailed; and containing an emergency clause.
