BOARD BULL NO. 83 INTRODUCED BY: ALDERWOMAN PHYLLIS YOUNG An ordinance, recommended by the Board of Public Service of the City of St. Louis (hereinafter, “City”), authorizing and directing the City, by and through its Board of Public Service, to enter into an Agreement with the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (hereinafter, “Commission”) for the Commission to provide without cost to the City, various roadway infrastructure improvements and reconstruction for the Park Over the Highway Project and the 3rd Street/Washington Avenue Ramp Reversal Project (hereinafter, “Project”).
