BOARD BILL NO. 273 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN DIONNE FLOWERS An Ordinance, recommended by the Board of Public Service, authorizing and directing the Mayor and the Comptroller of the City of St. Louis to execute, upon receipt of and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), and other good and valuable consideration, a permanent, irrevocable Easement, which shall give, grant, extend and confer on The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, its agents, successors, and assigns, the exclusive right to build and maintain a sewer or sewers, including storm water improvements, on the strip or strips of ground described, and in City Block 9115 and containing an emergency clause.
