BOARD BILL NO. 274 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN STEPHEN CONWAY AND PRESIDENT LEWIS REED An Ordinance, recommended by the Board of Public Service, authorizing and directing the President of the Board of Public Service to enter into a Cooperative Agreement by and between the Metropolitan Park and Recreation District d/b/a Great Rivers Greenway District a political subdivision duly established under the laws of the State of Missouri (hereinafter called “GRG”) and the City of St. Louis, acting by and through the Board of Public Service (hereinafter the “CITY”) for a project called “Bike St. Louis - Phase III” (hereinafter called the “Project”), which involves upgrading and updating approximately 56 miles of existing Bike St. Louis routes, and the implementation of approximately 52 miles of new Bike St. Louis routes.
