Board Bill No. 9 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN LYDA KREWSON An ordinance submitting to the qualified voters residing in the Westminster/Lake Special Business District as designated in Ordinance 63481, approved on June 2, 1995, a proposal to continue the levy of a tax on the real property located in said district for ten years; submitting said proposal to the voters of said district at the General Election on August 5, 2014; and containing an emergency clause.
