COATAR An Ordinance recommended by the Planning Commission on January 4, 2017, to change the zoning of property as indicated on the District Map and in City Block 483.03 (1322-32 Dolman Street), from “C” Multiple-Family Dwelling District and “F” Neighborhood Commercial District to the “E” Multiple-Family Dwelling District, so as to include the described parcel of land in City Block 483.03; and containing an emergency clause.
