Summary

An ordinance, recommended by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment, authorizing a supplemental appropriation; amending Ordinance 70540, commonly referred to as the City of St. Louis Annual Operating Plan for Fiscal Year 2017 2018; appropriating and setting apart projected local use tax and gaming fund revenues to address certain shortfalls in revenues and excess expenditures in the General Fund for the current fiscal year, in the amount of Three Million Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($3,200,000) as hereinafter detailed; and containing an emergency clause.
