Summary
This Board Bill seeks to approve a Chapter 99 Redevelopment Plan and Blighting Study for the 300 North Tucker Blvd. Redevelopment Area. This Board Bill will allow 300 North Tucker Blvd. to have 10 years of tax abatement based on 75% of the assessed value of the incremental improvements The project consists of the renovation of a partially occupied existing eight story office building in the Downtown neighborhood. The prospective redeveloper plans on converting 4 floors of the building into 44 apartments and renovating the office space. Approximate cost of the project is $9,500,000.
