The overall purpose for this bill is to conditionally vacate the following public streets. Elliott from North Market northwardly 203.13 ± .05 feet to a point previously vacated by Ordinance 67779. Leffingwell from North Market northwardly 265.02 feet to a point previously vacted by Ordinance 65271. The Petitioner is Sensient Colors Inc d/b/a Sensient Colors LLC. The vacated areas will be used to consolidate property to improve safety and security.
