The overall purpose for this bill is to conditionally vacate the following unimproved street. Virginia Ave. from Chouteau northwardly 584.425 ± 2.985 feet to a point, said point being vacated Gratiot St.. The Petitioner is Saint Louis University. The vacated area will be used to correct property lines.
