An ordinance adopted pursuant to Sections 70.210-70.325 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri; authorizing and directing the City of St. Louis, a constitutional charter city of the State of Missouri, by and through its Director of Parks, Recreation & Forestry, (the “City”) to execute and deliver an Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement by and among the City and the Art Museum Subdistrict of the Metropolitan Zoological Park and the Museum District of the City of St. Louis, a political subdivision of the state of Missouri (the “Museum”) .

An ordinance recommended by the Parking Commission making appropriation for payment of the operating expenses, capital equipment and improvement expenses, including lease purchase agreements involving Parking Division assets, and debt service expenses of the Parking Division of the Treasurer’s Office, Kiel & City Hall Parking Facilities, Information Technologies, Argyle Parking, Chouteau Building & Parking Facility, Williams Paper Parking, Central Downtown Parking,Buckingham Parking, Cupples Parking Facility and Justice Parking Facility for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2018 and ending June 30, 2019, amounting in the aggregate to the sum of Sixteen Million, Two Hundred Twenty One Thousand, Nine Hundred Two Dollars ($16,221,902) and containing an emergency clause.

BOARD BILL NO. 291 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN CHRISTINE INGRASSIA, ALDERMAN JACK COATAR An ordinance recommended by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment amending Ordinance no. 55390, approved August 16, 1969, as amended by Ordinance No. 55522, approved February 18, 1970, as amended by Ordinance No. 56178, approved June 21, 1972, as amended by Ordinance No. 56912, approved March 6, 1975, as amended by Ordinance No. 62515, approved February 21, 1992, as amended by Ordinance No. 65669, approved October 24, 2002, as amended by Ordinance No. 66772, approved July 18, 2005, and as amended by Ordinance No. 68380, approved June 16, 2009, pertaining to the entertainment license tax as codified in chapter 8.08 of the revised code of the City of St. Louis (the "Code") by adding a new paragraph to section one of said Ordinance No. 55390, as amended, creating a new subclass of taxpayers and fixing a tax rate for such subclass of taxpayers; and containing a severability clause.

BOARD BILL NO. 290 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN CHRISTINE INGRASSIA, ALDERMAN JACK COATAR An ordinance recommended by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment and the Board of Public Service authorizing and directing the execution and delivery of a Stadium Project Financing, Construction and Lease Agreement (the “Financing Agreement”) by and among The City of St. Louis, Missouri (the “City), SC STL LLC (“SC STL”), and the Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority of the City of St. Louis (the “Authority”), pertaining to the design, construction, financing and leasing of a new multi-purpose stadium designed to host professional soccer and amateur sports, concerts, and community events (the “Stadium”) to be located on property currently owned by the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (the “Commission”) as part of the I-64 at 22nd Street Interchange (the “Property”) and issuance of and provision for repayment of bonds issued by the Authority to finance said facility; authorizing the planning, design and construction of certain public works or improvements related to said facility; authorizing and directing the Mayor and the Comptroller to enter into and execute, on behalf of the City, said Financing Agreement; authorizing and directing the taking of other actions and approvals and execution of other documents as necessary or desirable to carry out and comply with the intent hereof; and containing an emergency clause and a severability clause.

BOARD BILL NO. 30 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN JOHN COATAR An Ordinance pertaining to vendors on the Wharf area described herein; repealing Ordinance #61362, and enacting a new Ordinance establishing the process of soliciting vendors for said area, establishing a “Wharf Vending District”, and establishing a Riverfront Vending District Committee.
