The Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis pauses in its deliberations to acknowledge, congratulate and commend the Reverend Earl E. Nance, Jr. for his many achievements and contributions to our community and by adoption of this resolution we wish to join in the celebration honoring his achievements.
