NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that upon learning of the passing of Pastor Fredrick Banks Lemons, Sr. pause in our deliberations to add our names to the rolls of those grieving his loss, but celebrating his extraordinary life.
