NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations and join with the family and friends of Laura Mae Hopkins to honor her and wish her a happy 80th birthday. We further wish her peace and continued good health.
